When I first started, the only thing I could figure out for the first few days is to apply an effect from the filter library. But then I learned how to use all the different tools to create different looks and effects. Then I found Topaz, and find their filters can do a lot of the effects I like in a matter of minutes. So I suppose I have gone full circle and become lazy again.

With a program as complicated as Photoshop, Socrates was bang on when he said, "The more you learn, the more you realize how little you know".

Even the best of Adobe products or graphic programs do not know it all. Even as you learn after a while you get to the point where you forget more than you know, there are so many alternatives.
