Hi Konesky, You saw OP in reference to the customer because those were the threads you visited and because we hardly ever use the term in other threads. It stands for Original Poster and can be anybody; just gets used most often in the freelance section, especially when we get ditched! JK.

I'm not kidding most jobs on here are setups from people just looking for ideas in my opinion. Can't blame them really. Each one of use (including me) who put samples out here just feed the trolls But in the mean time we are hopefully helping a legit request. WE ALL LIKE TO SHOWOFF our talents one way or another and if some say "not true" their lying.IMO. The only way we get ditched is we set ourselves up for it. To be honest graphics is a passion with some not a money grabbing opportunity, that's just icing on the cake we enjoy eating. Lol..... Oh I hate long posts so I'll shut up now:mrgreen:

have to agree mate , id say there is more freelance cash doing work around your suburb or town then from a forum , we are all here to learn and post our images to improve our techniques

i was talking to a freind who has a buisness and paid 750 for a logo from a grapic design firm , ive had offers already to start doing photos which ill be taking up soon and ive only been doing it for a couple of months , in the end your creativity will be the edge that makes cash

in saying that ill continue to take up challenges from requests just to learn and test myself and also get valuable critisism , if you do get paid for something its a bonus
