That's done in POSER..... There's a free substitute... DAZ Studio... DAZ 3D - Free 3D Software and 3D Model Providers .... I think you have to register on the site to get it. You'll also have to download free content ( People - Victoria 4.0 & Michael 4.0 & many more). Better hurry tho, V4 & M4 will be pulled out anytime soon.
You can load 3ds or obj files into it.....
It's easy to learn......
Here's a mock up sample I did for a local beauty pageant... All done in Poser... and I'm letting you guys use it for AV fodder.... lol....
