LoL...sumetimes its fun not to know very good english 
I didn't know what "hooky" means. First thought was that there just "c" missing.
But second was that it is slang about game playing with someone who represents one of oldest profesion which start with "hook".
So i was like
then 
and then find in vocabalary real not so intresting meaning.
But though i geting little bit of topic, then something that i was promised not to do
P.S. Intresting thing is memory. In middleschool i have printed 3-5 pages of such words and their synonims. I have forgeted like 95% of school material but if try enough hard i can remember how those pages looked and sound of old needle printer when printed and still not remember which one exactly is capital of Australia - Sydney or Melburn

"Hooky" means, a person who claims he is one place and is actually at another place. As in a student tells his teacher he is sick, when in reality he is off at the amusement park having fun. I told my job I was at the doctors, (which I was) it just didn't take the whole day like I said it would.
"THERE MUST BE ANOTHER WAY AROUND THIS!!!"
