Won't see Alien Skin Eye Candy 6

I'm on a Mac with Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and Photoshop CS5 I loaded Eye candy in Plugin's folder and Photoshop gives me and eror "Could not complete the Bevel command because of a program error".Please help thanks

In the few times I've encountered that error message with Eye Candy, is either

- because the filter can not be applied to the image on the layer.

- or it's a program error ...lol.... in tis case, I would save the file, close, restart PS, open file and apply effect. Most times it has worked for me.

If these don't work, try resetting PS.

Thanks for the reply. I did try restarting PS, is that what you mean by "resetting"?

Thanks for the link but it didn't help. I can get Eye Candy to run in CS4 but not CS5 Photoshop.
