working out preliminary coloring scheme for a line drawing; colors at about 50%
planning to experiment with layers, blending, and so forth
not sure how I'll feel about the lack of tactile experience, but the leeway for changing colors is a lot easier in PS than in ink on paper!
that's what's on my canvas at the moment. something fun after a long day using what's left of my mind.

It's beautiful.

Of course, noone want to hear it but it so reminds me one old but famoust painter's work. Can't remember which but it's so knocking my brain (maybe you know what i'm talking about) :)

cool thread I like the idea my canvas currently has a 200 mb psd doing a photo touch up which I have been recording from step 1 to finish for a 3 part tutorial to be released on here thursday night.

Thank you very much. It is not one of my better ones, but most are in color already . . . of course with Photoshop I could desaturate then high key level them and start my coloring all over again!

You're thinking perhaps of Klee or Kandinsky. I love Kandinsky. Then there's Miro and Gorky. Now there is someone whose work you should look up if you haven't seen it. Arshile Gorky. And anyone who doesn't want to hear about old artists (AKA art history) shouldn't consider themselves fully rounded artists. IMHO.

You do have a talent for this sort of thing don't you, de do don't day, sorry couldn't resist mate. Great work again.

Same colourscheme I am trying to recreat a transformers intro at the stage of of rendering the 3d text ready to import into after effects for some optical flares hopefully should be done today but then I am going for the matrix version with time freeze but stick to the basics for now huh lol.
