You sure? My teacher in my 2D Design class says it's real. I will ask him today what the architect's name is. Because he has other buildings with weird curves like this.

I am positive, Chrisdesigns is indeed a Gehry building, the one i posted is of a building in Paris undergoing major repairs, this is just a dust/safety screen raised that looks like a twisted building.
