I am trying to follow the tutorial listed here :Create a Polaroid Effect of your Photo | Photoshop Tutorials

I have three questions/issues so far:

1. How do I find the radius settings in Creating the Base step 2?

2. In the section "Adding Image into Polaroid" step 3, I can't seem to figure out how to copy and paste an image into the selected section.

3. Do the dimensions of the image have to match the dimensions of the selected area or is there some sort of snap to fit feature?

You don't have to, the author tells you it's 2px.

Cntrl/Cmd + C to copy. Cntrl/Cmd + V to paste. It's in the instructions.

Cntrl/Cmd + T open free transform. You then position and size the image to fit. It's in the instructions!

The instructions are slightly vague, you should contact the author instead. ;)
