Settle a bet! Was this photo altered/Photoshoped?!?

Shadow angles play no part in determining a photos legitimacy mate, ask any moon landing nut that one, shadows from a single light source will cast shadows depending upon the object in the way of the light.
As for the number, that goes back to my conspiracy days and a word used a lot then and now is Apophenia meaning:Apophenia - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia within that page is also another famous meaning - Pareidolia

I have mix feelings about red one. Shoes and legs are to "sharp" and have crispy lines in those. But if it's photoshoped then head and body are blend in perfectly.
So question, who would left those mistakes but able to do perfect cutting?

I would guess that the photo is taken from the same race, from the same distance but at two different occasions with maybe just a few minutes in between them. That might explain the perfect blending of the head. The difference at the lower part might be due to a slight change in the clouds. If you then add the presence of alien pixels that remains both under her right shoe and on her chin then I feel pretty sure about that this photo must consist of at least 2. But I could on the other hand have missed something essential.

I assume it's the start of a race(see the people in back). Why wouldn't she (in red) be on the pavement?
Also compared to others of same color the black pants edges are to distorted
To many jagged edges compared to rest oh image
Her left arm seems a bit odd also, I know it could be the angle but it looks to me as if you should see her hand or more of the shoulder area…..

I think she belongs there but her shoes have been shopped in and possibly her jacket. Just my thought. Probably just her shoes though.
