Specific Restaurant request

Hi guys,

I was looking to have the first photo of me edited so that:
a) there is some sort of nice food on the table (similar to how the second photo looks)

b) if the wall behind me can be removed and replaced with the rest of a nice restaurant ambience instead (if possible)

Would be much appreciated. Look forward to seeing some attempts
