this was going to be done at 10 pm and yes I have a medical condition and can only eat at certain times. It is nearly 3am yes and how many times have I recorded this video that is only about 5 mins long but have had problems all night and redone it about 8 times so as you can see less attention has been paid each time I am 40% rendered of this attempt but had mic turned off so will have to put a commentry on over the top if it fails again shoot me lol it was suppose to be simple

Ok somewhere along the lines I have lost so much quality on this video I want to cry. I apologise as I am still ill and have breathing problems and you can hear it on the video
I also think My work flow may be a bit fast to follow but I hope you get the idea

please try and overlook the faults etc this was done in 5 mins and I understand my sheer speed may be hard to keep up with
