Specific Replacing someone in a photo

Hi! Can someone help replace the man in the first photo with the man in the second photo? My parents didn't go to prom together and my dad's birthday is in a couple days. We though it would be a nice them to give him. I know the quality of the photos are horrible but its okay. Thank you in advance and happy Friday!

You did the best you could with very poor references. You can't improve him to match her, so do just the opposite, make her match him.
