Specific Remove Background

I was wondering if someone could remove the background for my company’s logo. Also I was wondering if there is a way to easily change the color of it on my phone. Thank you. IMG_4314.jpeg
 
Using Photoshop. Not certain about what you have available on your phone. The text was extracted to a seperate layer for #1 and then applied Selective Color adjustments as an example for #2.
Saved in PNG format so that the background is transparent.
