Hi all - I have been trying for some time to make a elf/faraie/pixie in Poser and have not made out to well with all the Poser free stuff - Just couldn't find what I liked - So I took a Poser girl - created my own textures in PS and put it all together in Poser. The brought the whole mess into PS and dressed her up a little - first time I have really tried doing clothes in PS. So her she is, small version of course - she will soon be in my Poser Gallery http://ca.geocities.com/ricki01ca/ .

P;ease give me some feedback on this one as I think it turned out quite well. I especially need a little help to make the clothes a little more realistic

Wow Rick she looks great - I am no expert on folds in clothing so I will leave this to someone who can point you in the right direction, but you have done a great job

Nice image rick. With a material like that, there wouldn't be much folds.

I don't have a problem with it personally if you upload non-PS stuff as long as it doesn't violate any copyrights.

I just want to mention again what Mark said a month ago; keep everything non-Photoshop related in this forum only. It happens still too much that I see designs outside this thread in which the major elements are non-Photoshop.

I'm honest when I say that I really don't care what program is being used for any design, but the fact is, this is Photoshop Gurus and the main focus is still Photoshop, not only in this forum, but throughout the whole site.

I hate to act like a teacher, but it's my duty as a moderator that I keep the board focused on PS.

I hope that you all understand

That's perfectly ok....I didn't intend to upload it anywhere else either. Have read the rules and that's why I wrote about it on here, mostly coz
it's Ricks thread and I don't want to burst in and post something in someone else thread in case it's not ok.

And when it comes to copyright, I've done the textures from scratch....a real pain in the butt (and other places too) and they are made in Photoshop all the way thru, but just not very useful in PS tho.

I will upload it here if it's ok with Rick also.
Not even sure how many folks that would use them, but we'll see

Cythia this thread is as titled for Poser stuff, so there is no problem with you uploading poser textures here. I would think though that hi res textures would be to large to fit within the 150 kb limit for uploads. Perhaps a link back would be better. [oops]
