I guess it would help if I told what I did......
First blew out a lot of the color with exposure and gamma correction. Used a curves adjustment layer to bring more red in and reduce the yellow and also to bleach out more of the dark tones. (I mostly masked these adjustments off on her hair).
All these adjustments made the dark shadows a REALLY funky color, so I put another layer of her under the original, desaturated it, and used the "colorize" to get the tone of the shadows a better shade of the pinky color. Then I used a layer mask on the shadows of the original.
I liked the contrast with the dark hair so I left it, but that would be easy to change if you wanted.
