In my opinion, this is not possible. Even if we redirected your eyes—as in @vpk 's valient effort above—the angle of your head is completely wrong for someone supposedly looking down at something right in front of her. It still looks like you're looking above the baby's head at something nearer the camera.

If you really like this shot of the baby, then one suggestion would be for you to take another photo of yourself—in the same clothes and same position—but with your head looking down. Post that new photo here and then we could clone your new head onto the original photo. (Or, we could put the baby from photo 1 into your new photo 2.)

For now, I did a contrast adjustment and nothing else.

@wezxicty What all have commented is right. Your pose is not ok for changing the eyes to look at the baby. If you could post another photo of yourself looking down, we could do some cloning.
