Sorry I am confused as to what you are saying:

Lets call your image you posted DU.jpg and Mine KRF1.jpg

Your image has Dimensions 650 x 488 @ 62.7KB

Mine has has Dimensions 650 x 488 @ 205KB

EDIT: I think I have seen what I have done, I didn't click the image, and only saved as from the froum, when I click the image, I get a 1600 x 1200 sorry I'll re do it and post higher image now

Yup, that will cause it!! i should have worded my post better, i came off the wrong way, i meant to say what is causing the photo to shrink, that's what happens when you text and drive LOL!!!
