Photoshop Request - Simple Retouching

Hello there. I have a photo here and I don't need anything too fancy to be done with it. I just want some retouching on their faces. Remove the blemishes and make their faces 'shine'. Make their eyes shine as well. Get rid of hair that's fraying off and unorganized. If you can, remove the harsh bright sunlight in the background, just tone it down or do something to make it less acute. And also please do some color correction to have that HDR effect. Thank you :D

I don't see an option where you can edit your post, but I would like to add that if you could, please whiten and brighten their teeth.
 
Ah..I keep forgetting things to add. If you could, remove the telephone pole in the background, and pretty much everything that is above the horizon in the background. So remove the cars, the houses, and trees. Leave the grass and a still visible horizon.
 
the whole hdr this usually only works with high quality images, otherwise the compression artifacting becomes far too extreme

but here is mine

Here's mine.... I do admit that the HDR effect does not work right on these photos it adds too many artifacts.

I like the first picture as well with the grass background. As you can see I'm not a photographer or anything so I don't know HDR does that to photos :P. May you remove the HDR effect on the first picture? Also post one without the HDR effect, and a second one without the HDR as well but with a very very slight blur in the background. For some reason, I can't put the quote you with pictures in it because I don't have 5 posts :S. But I want the one with the grass and tree background. Thanks (:

it's quite similar at the original, it should not look photoshopped... :rolleyes: ( sorry for my english :cry: )
