Photoshop Challenge week 15

I really like the ones that still have some color to them. Clare, how did you do the tattered/crumpled border on the last one? Was that just layer options?

Cheated. LOL. It's a paper texture set on overlay or soft light, depending what works for the image. I played around a bit with the tatters adding shadow.

and here is a picture I took in scotland on a holiday a few years ago

Nice. I want to go. Would you put up the original? Hmm, I forgot to do that on my last ones. Guess I could edit the post and put a small img in.

Ok this is probably not the challenge as there is no actual image used in this picture it is all made up of different high quality brushes etc but I thought when I finished it that it had a 60s type theme going on.

aww, sorry to hear that. Glad you're stopping by though. I have too much time on my hands which might change any day now if I get back to work!
good to see you. Join us if you can; would like to see your weekly challenge contribs if you can fit them in.

can you direct me to those brushes please? i gotta see those

good one. Someone spilled something really caustic on it, huh. Just one comment: it might be more old looking if the contrast was lower. A quick way one tutorial mentions is to use the levels adj. and play with the output sliders, especially the black.

not very good as i didn't add any of the fading or the cracking, it's a well kept photo, leave it at that XD
