Specific Photo to painting

Hello
Would anyone be able to make this photo look like it’s been drawn or painted instead of a photograph please? Would love the pink to be more vibrant and the picture tidied up a bit like the roof etc. Thanks in advance

as always, late to the party. Yes it is fun.

I added a new roof and trued up the geometry of the image

... one on canvas . To see the texture properly, you need to view at 100% (actual size)
... one with localized contrast and color boost
... and the last two are variations on a theme
