If the photo is available in a higher resolution, it would be useful to link to it. The higher the resolution, the better the result.

Hi @bbbiddle
It would help to be more specific about fixing the hands.
For one, I suspect there is a ring on the finger that the man is pointing to, yet as you see in the blown-up image you provided, there is no detail to guess what it looks like.
Similar of the hands. So I believe forum members are going their best guess at how it should appear since one cannot tell from your starting image. So all we have to go by after that is what you tell us or other example images of the ring or hand (or a more detailed description of the improvement you desire
Just my suggestion, of course.
