Need some help

Ok i will try that also im having trouble with the transform whenever i do it i cant seem to exit out of it anywhere i click just gives me a ding sound and clicking free transform again don't work i have to hit esc to exit out doing that resets what i done with the transform

You can't simply exit transform unless you hit escape. The ding is a sort of warning. And you have to commit the transform by hitting enter. If you don't like the transform you created , just undo.

I had to lighten the shirt a bit... Tshirt duplicate - the topmost layer and set to color dodge. Doing this will also cause your design to brighten up.

I dunno your layer composition and what process you used. But here's my psd for you to see the layering and its modes. Maybe you can incorporate something into your work document....

I can't figure it out mine is still dark I am just using the guide that MikeMC posted I tried using yours as a guide and doing the same layers but I must be doing something wrong

Good stuff, looking really top notch (no bias but I like the liquefied version better, if you could just get the the creases clearer I would say a job well done).

Which version of PS do you have, if you can play with puppet warp, it can be used to do some very interesting things, like easily making a part of an image warp in front of, or behind, other parts of the image. Or defining pivot points for your warp (think elbow joint). I don't use it a lot but when I need it it can be a game saver.
