Need some help

No problem....looks good!.Although the reds lost some POP........You can also use transform and really change things around if wanted.

I'm gonna play a bit later with this

how would I go about using the Transform? Im all for messing with things lol

There are lots of ways to "mess things up". My favourite "mess up" tool is the liquefy tool. If you are not familiar with it you can find it under filters>liquefy. Also, you did not mention which version of PS you have but if its CS5 or later the puppet warp tool can really mess things up. Sometimes in a good way and others not so much :) .

When you move the image onto the shirt, find transform or free transform under EDIT....push and pull

wow I really like that shirt do you mind if i use that? And im totally new at using photoshop so still finding my way around lol

Use of liquefy looks good. But try to bring out the colors a bit more.

Dunno what you did but try adding color adjustments layer on the design layer or use a different layer mode. In my example above , I had 2 design layers, one normal and other at Screen. and 3 shirt layers - 2 at different modes....
