Need help restoring an old family photo

If not, no problem, if your going to pay for a service to be done than it must be done, accordingly.

This is great, I just can't tell if the part between the actual eye and the eyebrow is from the watermark or if it is just discolored. It seems just slightly lighter in comparison to the face. Everything else is perfect.
