Hi there.... there is lot i can not comment on regarding photoshop, but when it comes to logos , web banners , badges etc i have expriance in these fields....

Dont get me wrong here when i say this as i think the logo's you did are ok, but ... what are the logos being used for ? is it just the web ? if so fine... couple of points.. i would'nt have the text going all the round from top the bottom as the bottom text looks back to front and upside down.. i would do the top and bottom sections separatly, that just my personal taste mind..

I would tone down the emboss on the text a little..not so chissel effect.

If the logos are for other things that will be resized then you need to do them in a vector based program like illustator .. When designing a Logo you should do it black and white first to make sure it all works then think about adding color.

All in all though there ok.
