Merge Visible is Different to what I see

MrToM I was able to download the PSD file from MediaFire today..............I think they were experiencing difficulties the other day.

MrToM's assessment in post #15 is dead on correct. The merge visible is working just fine. As he stated, it's how it's being displayed while zoomed out. I start seeing the effect cease at 66.67% zoom.
