Specific Match colors in this photo using a color filter?

I'm trying to make the jacket Jimi is wearing similar to the photograph...it is the same pattern but color has been distorted....Can someone lighten up Jimi's jacket using a filter that would make it appear to match the other picture with hints of yellow? Thanks

Tough because image quality is low, many of the colors are saturated together. This is with selective color adjustment and highlight adjustment. No other changes, does it meet what you are looking for?
