Specific Make my son more photogenic!

Just got back from a wonderful vacation. Anyone with kids knows getting them to look at a camera can be work! If anyone could edit the boy in blue in the first picture to look a bit more photogenic that'd be great.

I'm attaching one additional photo with a pose that is much better. Not sure if they could be swapped? Long shot, thought I'd ask!

I made a quick try, maybe the best option is adding also the body but I only did the head so if you look at the two pictures the boy is not exactly the same in both XD
