Hope someone can help, if at all possible. Have migrated to a custom-built PC running Win10 (moving to Win11 shortly). Been using CS6 for a long while and do not want to move to CC. I have installed CS6 (Pshop, Illustrator, Bridge, Indesign) on the new machine, but Adobe does not recognize my serial number. My adobe account tells me I have the software installed on NO other machine. The "License Software" button leads me to loop involving my Adobe account. I am stuck in the "Buy" or "Start Trial" loop. And the trial run has run out. Anyone know how to fix this?
