Ok, Below is a picture of me.
I was hoping to Increase the coolness of the building by making the graffiti come off the building... but when it comes to my own photo-shopping I choke...
The closest to the effect I got is below the original.
I was hoping someone would do this for me, This is just for a facebook picture... And I wanted it to look cool.

Oh and nothing wrong asking for help many people specialise in just 1 area of of photoshop and rarely look into anything else or think about using it for other things. The more you ask the more you learn.

I know you are till relatively new to the program. But have you explored brushes and loaded up the brush window where you can modify brush heads and shapes even if they appear to be just 1 shape. there are many functions in this panel from changing the default angle to really cool effects. I say this because I think you could add some cool fractal and abstract brushes to this picture to make it a really cool digital image. and extend the artwork to give the image more depth etc.

Tried using the liquify filter in PS to give the bird some roundness then added some shadows and highlights also tried to extend some of the art and used the burn and dodge tools....
