I am attaching a picture, I know about the gradient, but I need to know how to get the wripple effect.

Hey PhotoNew,

One way to create that effect is to use a radial gradient from black to the gold color starting in the upper right corner. You could then use the smudge tool to manually drag the gold and black strips into the formation you want. There are definitely other ways to make this, but this is the method that immediately comes to mind.

you could use a simple gold gradient the with a soft brush hardness 0 colour black paint whereyou want your wripples and just put the opacity down that mihgt get the right effect?
