How to create this?

Does anyone know of any tuts that can help me to create something like this?

Hmmmmm... you should be able to make it in a 3D program(i use C4D) while making most of the textures and stuff in PS.

It's a speedtest title screen.
Can be easily reproduced with shape layers only.

are you asking how to recreate the app or just to create the display.

The easiest way would be to go to www.speedtest.net do a speed check then do a print screen.

then import import the screen shot into photoshop and trace each elememnt with whatever your preferred tool is pen tool, shape tool or square marquee tool

Then with each element you trace you need to add a path and stroke it with the desired colour then in blending options add an outer glow.

then start filling in the panels with gradients and reducing opacity.

then add your text

I wanted to try it and this is what I got


That part I did in cinema 4d to make it easier lol

and then I did this to it in photoshop

As you can see far from perfect but if your willing to put the time in you could perfect it Obviously I have not included any text as you can see.
