hey guys!! can someone please point me towards a tutorial on how to do this?



i need to do something similar for my banner. if someone can help me out it will be awesome. im a photoshop rookie but ill attempt my best to get what i want. it will be awesome if you guys could also tell me what effects they are using to accomplish this.

Three seperate boxes in effect, the inner one uses the rounded corners option, the bottom one as had the bottom corners pen tooled in and the top box is just a rectangular box, then layer coloured in with gradients to match.
