Now that's what I call a WELCOME, Vee! B7 Cool & Well done! ;)

I love it! :D Just ASK and ye shall RECEIVE! Hats off to you, Vee! ;)

Hehehe... you got the message across. What you said was something like:
A greeting, upcoming partner (or business associate).

It sounded really cool though... hehee B7 :righton:

Boy, do I need to give my head a shake:{ It was Nebraska that I should have been welcoming to the forum - unless Isanium is also new - let's just give a general welcome to everyone:) Anyway, would like to know where you got the tutorial for the image you did Nebraska, looked at Mark's tutorials and did not see it. You did an interesting rendition of it Isanium, like them both. Would like to give it a whirl.

Leejune , it's Mark's Spirograph tutorial. I just used a style for the lines, but some shadow beneath and in it, plus made a ball with a outer glow

Doggone it, every time I try something new, run into a problem. In the spirograph tutorial, in section 7 on page 2, it says EDIT/transform/Numeric. I do not have a "numeric" option under transform - am using version 7. Help!

Leejune, just go to edit/free tansform instead.

You will then we able to type the 45 degrees in the option bar.

Have tried this about six times, understand the free transform bit and was able to apply, but you can see by the first stage up to second part, para. 7 my spirograph looks all out of shape. Is it because I am not getting my circle right? Would love your comments, please.
Seems easy, but obviously I am complicating things. When they talk about scaling down in para. 8 and 9, presume that is done by transform - scale. Made an absolute mess of this!

Thanks Isanium, with my seventh try I think I got it right. Now that I have the basic image, will play with it abit.

Wow it has been a long time since I have been here!
Far too long if you want the truth, I have had a great time looking through all the new stuff since I visited last :righton: and wish I had the time to post more the work PS work that I have done.

Hi Nebraska12R! :)

I'm glad that you found your way back here! ;) It must be quite some time 'cause I've been hanging around here for just over a year now)... [saywhat]

Anyway, enjoy what time you do have with us! I look forward to seeing more of you and your PS work! :D

Cheers! 8}

Right now I am working on one with my son in it, man am I rusty... it is taking me forever,
one quick question, I need to make one part of the pic larger but any way that I have tried it, it makes every layer larger as well?

the part of the pic that you want made lager....... just select that part
of course you will have to make sure that it fits and looks right with the rest of the image :righton:
