Honestly though I was going to say this earlier but didnt think it was mu business but as a successfull website designer I have to say your website really needs a re design I cant even read it tone your background image down a lot. I pointless having a site no one can read.

I think if your site content will be the same you could get away with doing the same background for your website and youtube
