Okay I'm back! THANKS A HEAP KIWI. 
I was soooo excited when I saw what you did. I never thought I'd be able to do highlights. Airbrush is indeed the tool!
I darkened the sides of the sauce to bring out the highlights, I just used the brush.
Thanks alot Wendy! Is it really that bright? Well I have to see how it'll look once its printed. That way I can have a better look whether I have to tone it down. Thanks!
