Specific Give the top brick a little more space!

I want this image to stay exactly the same size and dimensions / aspect ratio.
I would like to see the very top brick in full rather than being cut off by the image's edge.
Also if you look closely you can see some blurring there / lighter turquoise pixels that I would want corrected.

It's good! ...but I probably want half as much turquoise space at the top.

Also I've decided the turquoise is the wrong shade.
I included images of the real life tile design in my original post but these have been removed.

If the background colour can be slightly closer to this then that would be wonderful:

Where would you like to have the color sampled from your second sample image??? Nearly all of the tiles sample differently!

Somewhere between this shade and the original background shade would be perfect.
Distance at the top looks great.

Please be more specific on the color. It's hard playing this guessing game. Just go to an online color wheel and choose the color you want. Then post the hex code.
