Sorry if I missed this, but in addition to resetting the browser, running malware, I also went to my control panel and found the program and deleted it. But like Hoogle said, a system restore sets everything to factory specs and gets rid of things that snuck in. But you have to back up data to be safe, and you have to reinstall added programs like Photoshop.
