Hi, I want to make exterior of football stadiums in a cartoon style! So take a real image of a football stadium and turn it into more simplified cartoon style! Like the attached image! ignore the church and the emblem! I believe this was created in Procreate but I wonder if it can be done in Photoshop too! I want to show me the way to it too!
