Fixing an image that was taken at an angle

Hi there! Can anyone offer me any advice on this prbblem. This is the link to the image:

(Sorry won't let me post links atm)

It doesn't look that bad when its zoomed out but when you zoom in you can really see it was taken on a slope. I'm using CS3 i've tried a few things but they just seem to look awfull haha

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Cheers for the replies!! If you have a look at the trees there all sort of sloping down to the right of the picture. I was wondering if theres anyway you guys can think of to sort this out.

Looking at it know it doesn't look that bad i don't know weather i'm just being a perfectionist haha

Hi Ludhaa and welcome to PSG.
Try experimenting with the transform tool.
Edit|Transform and try Scale or Perspective or Distort or even Warp or a combination two or more of them.
I pulled down a guide to the top of the dock and rotated the image until that was level then used Edit|Transform|Distort
Then I re-cropped to eliminate the empty space.

The dock is the give away that the image is slightly tilted, although not much.
There are many ways to straighten it. I use CS3. My favorite is to go under the Filter menu > Distort > Lens Correction. A seperate little app will open.
In this case, un-check the grid to get it out of the way.
In the menu in the top left use the magnfying glass to enlarge just the top edge of dock area.
Back up in the menu, the second icon from the top is the Straighten Tool. Click it
Now left click and hold on the front corner of the dock and drag to the other corner. This will straighten it. (You can use this tool either horizontally or vertically)
Use the Minus button at the bottom left to bring the entire image into view.

On the right side, on the bottom, is the scale tool. Use it to get rid of the transparency that appeared because of the rotation.
You should go far enough to get rid of all of the black border too, because it's not correct now. You can add it back in Photoshop if you like.

As far as the trees, I think they look fine now. But you can transform, warp, clone, copy/paste or what ever you want if you really think it's necessary
 
Two quick and dirty methods:

Method 1
1 Jump trees and sky to separate layer, keeping a small amount of water attached.
2 Using transform, rotate until horizen is straight.
3 use stamp tool to rebuild gap in water

Method 2
1 Make wide selection of warped areas
2 Using liquify (under filters) adjust image in small increments until you get desired results.
