Specific Fix tie and hair

If someone could straighten my tie to the middle of my jacket and blend in my stray hairs into the background I would greatly appreciate it. Original picture and one annoted with requested edits attached. Thank you!

I just finished one, as well. I also removed the white spot on the top edge of your ear. Probably a reflection of some kind.

Took the easy way out (?) and changed the tie....

And .... as above but also enlarged the knot to cover more of the top of the shirt and corrected the light reflection in the upper corner of the left eye.
