Fastest solution to cut out this strange image

This tool helps but it cannot understand every kind of borders, now I am mixing tecniques (in order of fast/quality results):

1. Tracing Illustrator CS6.
2. Cut out Clipping Path Studio.
3. Magnetic tool Photoshop CS6 (with Huion graphic Tablet GT-190).
4. Magic wand tool Photoshop CS6 (with Huion graphic Tablet GT-190).
5. Pen tool Photoshop CS6 (with Huion graphic Tablet GT-190).

Adobe hardly ever removes features when they release an upgrade to PS, so the newest version, currently, CC2014, will always be the best because it will have both the newest and old tools for every purpose. However, the limiting factor is almost always the knowledge and skill of the user, not incrementally improved tools.
