Specific Enhance PDF magazine image poorly digitised

This is a very wishful and taxing request. I have a very rare image of Ralph Tennyson Jupp from a magazine. It has been poorly digitised with a slight bleed through from back of page. I have tried worldwide to find an an archived hard copy to no avail. Can anyone do the impossible? and enhance the photograph only?

Bad news. There is essentially no tonal information hidden in this image that can be revived. Sorry
