Editing a GIF

Okay so I only got photoshop yesterday so I apologize in advance for such a silly question that is probably very obvious.

I have this GIF which has over 200 frames/layers. I've worked out how to edit things like brightness, vibrance etc however when I do it only affects one frame. I want the same brightness and other edits on the whole gif, not for just one second. Is there anyway I can do this without editing frame by frame? Because that is going to be way too tedious!

Use an adjustment layer as the top layer then it will effect all frames, However when you do this it will apply it twice to the frame you have already edited.

when using photoshop try and make none destructive edits when you can so adjustment layers are perfect for this,

You can find the adjustment layer icon at the bottom of your layers panel
