Can this be made into an editable PNG. Without the words. “ VAULT-TEC. America’s First Choice In Nuclear Shelters.” And w/o the logo below that?And If $20 is too little for the amount of work that is required please let me know.

Ahh you meant convert it to an editable vector file, well that would be redesigning the whole logo and 20 ain't good for that atleast for me, 40 is min.
