Dose anyone use Dreamweaver?

I use Dw. It's what I started out with, it works. I don't care that you can either edit in design or code view. Though I do use the code view more often. Some people hate Dw simply because it's a WYSIWYG editor, but the truth is that Dw will do what you need. The important thing to know is that it is just a tool. It's only as effective as the person who is using it.

I am using Dreamweaver since 6 months and it is very good.It is very easy to use.Now i do not get confused in tables row and columns, instead Dreamweaver offers Div feature.....

Yes, I have used Dream weaver and I really good experienced with it. It is very simple to use and has a brilliant features. It helps to also know how to code, though, because a lot of times you have to edit the code to make something work.

I also use dream weaver and it is very good interface to design html web page. The latest version CS6 is more new features and helpful for designers.

I have just started using DreamweaverCS3. I had a trail version which has been expired now. Currently, I am working for a non profit website and want dream weaver key or its cracked version. I am working for a noble cause so it's a request to provide me with key asap.

I had a chance to use it before but I shifted to Notepad..hahaha...seriously for school purposes, need to learn manual coding without any hint :D

Everyone in my office dumped Dreamweaver for Expression Web 4.0 and never looked back.
We did our last update to DWcs5.5 and have no plans to go any further with it. Saved me a lot of bucks too compared to DW and get a lot more bang for the buck.

We still have a lot of sites in DW but when time comes to upgrade a DW site we're rebuilding the new sites in EW4.

We're an all girl office

So what is it that Expression 4.0 has over Dw? How big is that bang over the buck for Dw? Not sure if you know this but a file created in Dw can be edited in any other HTML editor. Lastly, say Hi to the rest of the girls

I have been using dreamweaver, i am very un-professional in comparison to most of you guys out there, but i do like how you can learn code and actually see what you are doing at the same time, (split view)

I do seem to come under a fair few problems, and it leaves me completely stumped, I do think adobe need to have more explanation of their tools, (of course there is an arguement that you should know what the tools do, and if you dont, then you shouldnt be using it.

As it is what i have 'grown up' with, i will be sticking to it for some time i think.

Whoever supports the argument of knowing what the tools do has never explored an application in its entirety. That kind of over zealousness is what limits people. In other words, don't listen to them. As far as the level of professionalism of some of us out there, well everyone starts out making the most basic "Hello World!!" type website.

Never used it. Started with the good old Notepad (^^) and have been using Notepad++ for a couple of years now. I appreciate most Adobe products, but I never got hooked on DW. Coding in a text-based editor seems most natural to me and DW has a lot of additional features I would never use anyway

Been using Dw since day one, which essentially was 3 years ago. One thing I love hearing about is how Dw inserts a bunch of comments and such in layouts. This typically comes from those that are new to web design and have gone looking through the pre-installed templates that ship with every version of Dw. In my experience, Dw doesn't insert anything on its own unless certain conditions are met, like working with dynamic data and MySQL.

I personally like more text based editors rather than DW, I don't think DW really teaches you enough and if most were taken out of dream waver they would struggle with some things like just good habits and things that DW does a lot of for you. None the less it must be good it has millions of users as far as I know but personally I am a text editor guy Notepad++ it is ;) Subline text 2 is alright too just not to keen on some aspects of that one.

I started out with just Notepad. I then used Dreamweaver for a few years and now I just use Notepad, Notepad++ for more intense stuff. I only open Dreamweaver for CSS mostly just because I like the pink colors. Is that sad?
