Specific Dog with different background please

Hello Everyone,

This is my mom's dog. Could someone please remove the background completely make him sit in front of a Christmas tree and put some presents by his legs, so it's not the blanket showing on the picture. If possible please remove the brownish patches on his chest and around the nose. I plan to make a custom paint by number canvas with the result for my mom's birthday.
