Hi,so,first of all, I want to take a cartoons video, from where I want to take a character,I mean,to crop the background around him(so,everything will be transparent, except the character). And than edit it into After Effects to add the character on a "real life" video made by me with camera. I'm pretty good in After Effects but I'm new with photoshop... I asked this at a another forum and a person recomanded me to make this thing with Photoshop.
So,how can I crop that background, and remain only the moving character? Thanks. And sorry for my english.

You would probably have to do this thing on every single frame, PS has a limit of 500 frames but there is workaround for that. I dont have the link but you can search google with "photoshop 500 frame limit".

you would be a lot better off keying it out in after effects and then mixing the videos export as an avi or quicktime movie into photoshop to save as a gif
