Specific Clean up dirty image of work van

I was really hoping to clean up the back portion of my work van. Took a lovely photo in the morning but the back was filthy, if anyone could have a go i would be so appreciative thank you in advance

No, the "grid" should not be there in this forum. They are confusing the Free edit forum with the Paid.
