Nobady, I think yours is very creative, not quite as blended as it could be, but creative none the less! Good job!

Ok guys, there's just a little over a week to get those entries in! I know it's summer and things are a bit slow here on PSG, but I would like to encourage everyone, especially you newbies out there, to give this challenge a try!

I'm not eligible for the judging, but I wanted to get one in as well!

Here's one of mine. (I did have fun creating it so I may make some more).

I call her "Granny Smith".......doh!

After some reading, I ended up here: http://www.npr.org/blogs/picturesho...comfort-women-untold-stories-of-wartime-abuse A very interesting story......kinda sad.

Finally got around to doing my entry. I tried a few times before but wasn't happy with the results, still not perfect but but still worthy.

Fun one hershy. I could see it with cracked mud texture and the skin peeling up! Oh, but don't think I don't like it. It's just I took these dried bay mud pics and thought of those.

I just followed this link. What a horrible thing. Certainly not a crime of the Japanese alone. I can't even imagine how many women, including children as the story reports,
have suffered such abuse . . . then and now!

The shame and secrecy is no surprise either. In too many societies, families both rich and poor, treat victims of sexual abuse as participants in the crime.

Great job Mike! Your (personal image) image reminds me of a good friend, Dr Red Duke.

Yeah.............as I said, kinda sad. What really bothered me was the reluctance of the Japanese government to even acknowledge the crimes.

Well stated. Generational propagation of bad ideas does not work. You'd think we as a species could learn that! I'm not going to comment further on this matter as I feel it may insight an emotional outcry from certain groups prevalent in our modern, and not so civilized society, who may also have members here.

Great job D-Angel!

What are you calling the "long lumps" on top of the ball in your composite?

Angelic! OK, well maybe not seraphim, but cherubin!

Really, that is well done.

& @ IamSam:

When did you start manipulating quotes? Watch out everybody . . . Check those quotation marks, carefully! :bustagut:
